The placement and purchase of an order with Rpm imports states your acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. Rpm imports reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.

This site is owned and operated by Rpm imports. Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Rpm imports, Copyright © 1998-2003,Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

All prices listed in our website, advertisement and/or Mailing List do not include shipping & handling charges. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice.In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Rpm imports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Rpm imports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Rpm imports shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

WARNING

All parts sold by Rpm imports, except for street legal/DOT approved parts, are for off road use only. Rpm imports shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. Rpm imports will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays . Rpm imports shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders outside of Japan paid in full by bank wire transfer (must add $25.00)All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyers responsibility to order the correct part. Rpm imports does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers foreign vehicle as all parts sold by Rpm imports are made for the Japanese domestic market.

PAYMENT

Rpm imports accepts all major credit cards, money orders and Bank transfers also accepted; a $25.00 transfer service fee will apply to Bank Transfers. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholders bank.

SHIPPING

In stock items usually ship within 24hrs after receipt of order. Rpm imports does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder. Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of shipment from manufacturer. Shipping fees calculated by our shopping cart system are estimated. Shipping fees may be higher than stated by our shopping cart system for products using oversized boxes, multiple box shipments and backordered items.

REJECTION OF GOODS

As soon as the goods are delivered to Buyer, he shall inspect them. Notice in writing must be given within five (5) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within five (5) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.

Claims for defective goods, shortages, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Buyer, unless made in writing within five (5) days after the arrival of the goods.

WARRANTY

All products sold by Rpm imports are only subject to the manufacturers warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customer’s mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect.
